We lost the clutch in our motorhome on a Saturday in Jan. 2008. I called Triple A and ask for a tow to a shop that was open on Saturday. They sent us to The Tool Box. This shop closes at noon on Saturday but stayed open until we got there at about 12:30. After pulling the clutch and finding out we had to be in San Francisco the next day, they found parts and stayed until 5:30 pm to get us back on the road.
AND they charged us $150 less than the estimate. Great friendly people that really go out of their way to help the traveler.
I give these people a 14.5 out of 10.
